Even when you don't buy into the more crazier stuff (the "zombie walks" for instance) it's hard to escape from them.John Hitchcockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13373653979400552490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3797386216465468233.post-35534843945182941092014-09-21T02:25:26.150-07:002014-09-21T02:25:26.150-07:00It's very funny that in the Walking Dead comic...It's very funny that in the Walking Dead comics the characters use "zombies" instead of "walkers" - I didn't know that! I didn't think I was a big fan of zombie "culture" except for the Walking Dead - but as I think more about films I watch before Halloween, zombies are a central characteristic. Great points and post John!Katyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00287429151542133314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3797386216465468233.post-40060256008474437012014-09-20T05:56:27.980-07:002014-09-20T05:56:27.980-07:00I'm not a huge fan of zombies either. Actually I find it too depressing...maybe the old MGM has rubbed off on me but there should be some type of reason to live. In these films and in the shows it almost seems hopeless so why even try and that goes against my grain. I will find it wonderful if there is something coming out that is actually unique. This zombie land of people moving slowly and having their one eye gone and their mouth all ravaged is boring.Birgithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09439720285857050428noreply@blogger.com
