Another big one is Kyle MacLachlan who plays very different characters in Dune, Blue Velvet, and Twin Peaks.<br /><br />Of course the actor that does tend to pop up in nearly all of Lynch's films with the exception of The Elephant Man, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (sort of, he'd shot scenes that were cut from the final product), The Straight Story, Mulholland Dr., and Inland Empire (the last three of which were made after he died).
